This ministry was founded in 1990 in Arlington, Texas. Frank (a graduate
of Arlington School of Biblical studies and ordained by World Bible Way Fellowship, Desoto
TX) spent the first two years of the ministry reaching out to the hard core young
people in “Deep Ellum” on the east side of Dallas, Texas. In 1993 Frank started
traveling America helping with outreaches including Miami, Florida; Hollywood, California;
Minneapolis, Minnesota; New York, New York; and Houston, Texas. During this time God
started using Frank in Revival services in which the manifestation of the Holy Spirit
started taking place. In 1996 the ministry made a transition to Anderson, Missouri.
Here they established “The Java Hut” a Christian outreach center and
“The C.R.A.C.K. (Christians Reaching Addicts with Care and Kindness) House”
recovery program. Janet, the director of the recovery program, has over 18 years
experience dealing with addicts and their families. In Anderson, the ministry conducted
many outreaches and operated a discipleship program for on-fire young Christians. At the
end of their time in Anderson, God used them in a continuing revival that lasted over 6
months with many being empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Presently they head up the team in Daytona Beach.
Frank has help pioneer a church in Duluth, MN. The Lord has used
Frank to bring Revival to many other cities and even overseas. This is a
growing ministry fulfilling the call found in Ephesians 4... "To train and
Equip the saints for the work of ministry."

They have
two beautiful daughters, Bethany (15) and Haley (13).
Bethany loves Basketball and Haley
loves playing Basketball & soccer.
Frank has a son from a marriage before Christ, Joshua M. Gresham Bodwell,
(We have just recently found him after being separated for over 19 years).
He is in a punk band "Split Fifty" and a tattoo artist.

John was saved in June of 1996 while
he was serving in the Army in Fort Stewart, GA. The
Lord called him out of the Army into ministry in
late 1998 which is when he joined Whosoever Ministries. John has been involved in
discipleship, evangelism on both the streets and in jails, and in teaching.
John is originally from New York . John
Dethlefs is a Major in the Florida Army National Guard and works doing anti
Drug and alcohol seminars in the Orlando School Districts. John also is the
director of Vassal consulting, a consulting company training leaders in
various types of business. In the Summer of 2005 John married Christie on
the beach here in Daytona. John has a son Erik Matthaus who loves praying, Dr. Pepper and suckers.
John
heads up "Deep Water" an on going outreach into Deep Water
evangelism.

Erica accepted Christ in 1992. She went to Breath
of Life Christian Church in Esko, MN, and was mentored and discipled by her
spiritual parents, Stan & Angela Sayler. Erica moved in with the Sayler
family and took various classes at bible college for 3 years. She has
known for the last 6 years that she has wanted to come and work with Frank's
ministry. The opportunity presented itself when a door opened at the
Regions Beyond Conference (Forerunner Ministries in Minneapolis, MN) in the
summer of 2002. The need was expressed for someone to head the
children's ministries at the Jesus Centre. Erica's desire was to teach
children and to lead them into experiencing all that God has for them through
worship, prayer and the word! She has now relocated to Daytona Beach and
is an active part of the leadership team of Whosoever Ministries.

Mike and Celayne joined the Whosoever Ministries team in the
summer of 2001. They initially got involved
with the ministry during the 6+ month long revival held in Northwest Arkansas and
Southwest Missouri that began in the spring of 2001.
God led the couple from Colorado to Northwest Arkansas in 1998. God has developed them in all aspects of their
life and marriage. Mike and Celayne have been
heavily active in various ministries in Colorado and in Arkansas since they have been
married. Their heart is to serve the body of
Christ and to do whatever they can to help this ministry reach out to the lost. Celayne has been deeply involved with the
intercessory prayer activities in this ministry and in actively reaching out to the lost. Mike is providing his services in an
administrative and organizational capacity wherever possible.
Mike and Celayne currently make their home in Daytona Beach, Florida. Mike and Celayne both are anxious to
take on the tasks that God has put before them in these
last days in Daytona Beach.

Gilbert (Brother Gil) and Olga with
their family; Gil jr., Janet, Sarah and soon son in law Shawn have been with us
for years here in Daytona. Originally from Long Island New York. Gil
and Olga have a great healing ministry, plus Gil is anointed in the area of
Helps... Gil also rides bike in our motorcycle ministry King of Glory .

Stan and Angela Sayler and
family living in Duluth MN. are an anointed Worship team. Ministering in
